We offer a variety of free fitness classes which are designed to appeal to all types of clients with specific goals in mind when you join My Fitness.

From fat loss to improving cardiovascular fitness and strength to building speed, endurance, flexibility, body composition and more… we’ve got it covered.

MY Class

MY Class

The signature My Fitness 45 minute class incorporates multiple components of fitness including strength, cardiovascular, speed, power and endurance. Best performed 3 times per week for maximal results this class can change you very quickly taking you to new levels of feeling and looking great.

The focus is on predominantly bodyweight exercises and minimal equipment. No class is the same as the last.

MY Boxing

MY Boxing

An exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one will involve hitting and kicking pads and punchbags and lots of bodyweight exercises such as press-ups, squats, sit-ups and more.

Boxercise classes are aimed at men and women of all ages and fitness standards. As no class involves the physical hitting of an opponent, it is a fun, challenging and safe workout.

MY Fit

MY Fit

A HIIT based class that uses a wide range of equipment that is easy to learn and fun to participate in. You will be challenged each session with things such as as many reps as possible for time, tabata sets, pyramids, giant sets, volume circuits and more.

Suitable for all but not for the faint hearted.

MY Bar

MY Bar

How many things can you do with a barbell and just your body? Lots.. is the answer.

Come along to this high intensity, high volume class and be challenged by our trainer. No class is ever the same as the next and you will be amazed how hard it can be to just use a bar and yourself to get fit. Stick with these for a few weeks and you will feel amazing with your fitness level rocketing to new levels.

MY 1st Class

MY 1st Class

You may have noticed that all of our classes are high intensity…with the exception of this one!

We recognise that not everyone is ready to be pushed to the limit and that many need a more steady approach that allows them to improve gradually to the point whereby they can step up to our other classes.

My 1st Class is aimed at beginners and anyone retiring to fitness after a long lay off. You will still perform the core exercises that work and learn the correct way to perform them but you will not find yourself under pressure to do more as we carefully guide you.
