Creating Balance

If you are lucky enough to play professional sport you are probably closer than most to being able to achieve amazing results and concentrate all or most of your time on that end goal and nothing else.

If you are like 99% of the population you will have all kinds of limiting factors that take you further away from achieving your goal. Take for example a new mum. If you are trying to train six times a week, eat a 100% organic diet, meditate daily, sleep for a solid eight hours every night and raise a newborn child then you are setting yourself up for failure. You have to concentrate on getting as close to your ideals in a realistic manner.
